SY Consultants, INC (the “SY Consultants”) is a business-to-consumer visa consultancy company that provides service to the client or third-party companies (the “Clients”). Those service includes all sort assistance required in obtaining study visa, comprehensive research of admissions in the universities of Canada and America, change of visa status, filling for immigration visas, preparation of mock visa interviews and etc (the “Services”).

Please note that we do collect any personal information primarily in-aligned with storing Client’s interaction or assistance with our Services. No other personal information is being stored or kept for any other purpose as mentioned-above which is defines as “sensitive personal information” under California privacy laws (the California Consumer Privacy Policy Act of 2018 (CCPA)) or any other U.S. state privacy laws, nor any “special categories” of personal data per the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/UK GDPR).
The Service are not intended to process personal information of children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share any personal information from children under the age of 18. How We Retain and Secure Personal Information
Data Retention
Supplier retain personal information about you for as long as it necessary to fulfil the obtained Services purposes as described above, unless you request it to be deleted before then.
